Consignment Service Refund Policy

- Consignment Agreement: By using our service, you agree to consign your wedding dress with us for a maximum period of three months.
- Shipping Costs: The seller bears the cost of shipping the dress to us. If the dress is not sold within three months, it will be returned to the seller at the seller’s expense.
- Sales Commission: If the dress is sold within the three-month consignment period, we retain 20% of the sale price as our commission. The remaining 80% will be transferred to the seller.
- Dress Return: If the dress does not sell within the consignment period, we will notify you and arrange for its return. The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Policy for Purchased Items

- Return Window: All items purchased on our website must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund of the full purchase price minus the return shipping fee.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on sale and earrings are not eligible for return and refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

- Shipping the Return: Please securely package the item and ship it back using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Earrings and any other related items are not eligible for return due to personal hygiene reasons.
